pov: retired fashion stylist. sharing sustainable fashion and lifestyle with a realistic approach

About

A page about myself! Cool! What should I write here?

You might wonder why did I introduce myself as a ‘retired fashion stylist’? The answer is I have retired from styling customers and mannequins for a long time now. My past experiences that’s related to styling, are working with fast fashion brands, premium accessories brands as an Area Operations Manager and a commercial hospitality brand as a Boutique Operations & Buyer.

Yea! This explains why I am retired. Haha! But I am back in the fashion industry as a Product Impact & Ethical Trade Analyst, for a local B Corp fashion brand. I am always a fashion enthusiast and a huge believer that we can find a solution to it! I would like to raise awareness in this space and try my very best to show that, we as consumers, able to make the shift, be the voice to show these fashion giants: We care about the environment and let’s do it responsibly!

‘Woven threads should not be a threat, to the people, planet and culture’ – Felix Chung

Yes! Fashion is an expression, it’s about personality, individuality! I don’t want a world without fashion, just because it’s one of the polluting industries, when there’s definitely a solution to it. I want every sector in this industry, are willing to make a change and do it responsibly.

Clearly, it’s not for me. It’s for the environment and the planet WE lived in!

Other than this ‘fashion enthusiast hat’, my other hats are a plant-based foodie, avid wanderer (obviously I need a permanent job to keep doing it, lol) and a bathroom singer. So if you are interested to know me more, keep following this page!

Thanks and nice to meet you! Welcome to threads X change.
